I offer children's sessions and workshops for parents to support sensitive, creative, and intuitive children through tools and practices for emotional regulation, safety in self-expression, and ease in navigating a loud and fast-paced world.  

At the heart of my work - whether with children or adults - is a simple yet profound intention: to help each person feel at ease in their body, whole from within, and steady in their being, so they can lead a joyful, vibrant, and fulfilling life.
