My Integrative Approach

 

At Ignite Wellness, the person always comes first - before modalities, frameworks, or tools. Each session begins with presence, attention, and care, creating a sense of safety for the individual or group in front of me. Frameworks and practices are not the focus; they are doorways. They serve as gentle ways in, supporting awareness, regulation, and connection - always guided by what’s most supportive in the moment.

I integrate techniques I've learned from yoga, yoga therapy, hypnosis, energy healing, sound healing and more to create sessions that support the whole person - mind, body, breath, and energy.

Our time together isn't about fixing or curing - it's to help us remember our wholeness, and supporting our capacity for that wholeness - to regulate, adapt, and respond with greater easealongside parenting and daily life.

 

Together, we focus on:

  • Building a felt sense of safety and inner trust
  • Developing self-awareness and self-regulation skills
  • Understanding how stress, emotions, and the nervous system show up in everyday life
  • Practicing simple, accessible tools that can be integrated beyond the session
  • Supporting authentic self-expression and healthier patterns of connection

 

For adults, this often means learning to slow down, listen inward, and respond with greater clarity and intention. For children, it means helping them understand their bodies and emotions, feel safe expressing themselves, and build confidence in who they are.

At its heart, this beautiful journey is about learning the language of your own system - so support becomes something you carry with you, not something you depend on externally. This is what it means to ignite wellness within.
