A simple way to pause, reconnect with yourself, and feel supported - by me, and alongside others who also seek to restore and return to themselves.

Each monthâs circle begins with a theme - a gentle entry point for self-reflection and awareness. From there, weâll:
- Settle in with anchor practices youâll return to each month for steadiness, ease, and familiarity
- Explore accessible mind, body, or energy practices that supports nervous system regulation and somatic awareness
- Soften into breath, guided movement, deep rest, or energy clearing to restore balance and replenish your vitality
- Reflect with guided prompts or inquiries that help you carry the theme with you into the month ahead, to integrate into your daily life until we meet again
