Seasonal & Themed Workshops

Each season and each life chapter carries its own rhythm and its own invitation to pause, reflect, and shift. My workshops offer space to honor both: the external cycles of nature and the internal seasons of your being.

Whether you're navigating change, longing for rest, or rediscovering parts of yourself, each workshop weaves together practical guidance, soulful teachings, and embodied somatic practices - inviting you into a space of learning, sensing, and self-connection.

Each workshop is a carefully crafted 2–4 hour journey that may include:

  • Theme-based education to bridge awareness into action
  • Inner mindset work to notice patterns and invite new perspectives
  • Breathwork and nervous system support to regulate and center
  • Guided somatic practices such as therapeutic movement, yoga nidra, or deep rest
  • Energetic and emotional clearing to support reflection and realignment
  • Time for integration through journaling, quiet connection, and shared presence

Every event is created to attune with seasonal flow, and responsive to the real needs I hear from those I work with - honoring the organic, nonlinear unfolding of our lives.

Sanctuary Within, October 2025

Explore how to feel safe, grounded, and settled in your nervous system

 

The children are back in school, and many of us have begun to settle into Fall rhythms. October gives us a moment to pause and ground before holiday festivities, end-of-year deadlines, and family obligations pick up momentum and pull us outward.

In a world that often moves too fast and asks for too much, this is your invitation to slow down, stop bracing, and take a much-needed exhale. We’ll explore and experience themes of safety, grounding, and how to gently settle your nervous system. Together, we’ll create the conditions for your mind, body, and spirit to feel safe, soothed, and supported.

Let’s meet the months ahead with a full and steady cup.

How the Series Works

This is a 3-part journey offered live online via Zoom, over three 60-minute lunch break sessions in October.

You are invited to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner voice - wherever you are, in a container held with care. Priced accessibly this season to make space for more of us to come home to ourselves.

Each 60-minute session is designed to gently guide you back to yourself - through a blend of mind, body, and energy practices that create safety, grounding, and ease in your nervous system.

My workshops are designed to be a gentle drop-in, not a deep dive. You don’t need to prepare anything or “do it right” - come as you are, receive what resonates, and leave with what you need.  

 

This series is perfect for you if you’re seeking:

  • Gentle moments of pause and calm woven into your busy day
  • A way to reconnect with yourself without disrupting your schedule, or having to leave your home or workplace
  • An accessible entry point into healing, without having to commit to a full course or a personalized session

 

Each session will include:

  • A short thematic teaching to anchor your awareness
  • Gentle and accessible somatic practices to soothe and settle
  • Guided rest, relaxation, or mindfulness component
  • Time for questions, integration, and reflection

You’ll receive replays for all sessions, so even if you can’t attend live, the invitation to pause and return to yourself will still be open. 

 

Workshop Details

  • Dates*: Wednesday - 10/2, 10/15, 10/22
  • Time: 12pm - 1pm 
  • Sessions: 3 sessions x 60 minutes per session
  • Format: Online via Zoom | replays available
  • Languages: English and/or Mandarin 
  • Early Bird Pricing: $1200 NTD or USD equivalent ($1350 regular rate after early bird window)
  • Receive: Live + replay of sessions, accompanying materials (guide, audio files)

*Note: We’re intentionally skipping the week of October 6 due to the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays.
