HEALING MODALITIES

HEALING MODALITIES

The bridge between mind, body, and energy.

More than a method. A way of meeting you.

You are not just a mind. Not just a body. Not just energy. Not defined by your struggles, and most certainly not limited by your past. True, embodied healing happens when we honor the whole you, as well as the life you've lived so far.

That’s why I don’t offer a one-size-fits-all formula. Instead, I draw from complementary modalities - yoga therapy, hypnosis, and energy healing  - that work together to support all of you.

I celebrate that we are all multi-faceted beings - layered, dynamic, and also ever-evolving, if we choose to be. I don't shy away from complexity and nuance. I welcome it. Read on to learn more about the healing approaches to support your fullness.

Welcome home to your whole, expansive self.

Mind-Body Awareness:

Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy is an evidence-based, mind-body approach to help you breathe, move, and feel better through guided self-inquiry, somatic mindful movement, and breathwork.

It offers a way to get out of your thinking mind, so you can be present in your body - experiencing what is, instead of what has happened or what could be.

When we can gently sit with our inner experience, we begin to see our reality more clearly. From this place of awareness, we reclaim the power to pause and respond, rather than react from old patterns, pain, or emotional triggers. This is where the magic happens - experience this in the body, and you'll see how this carries through in your mind, spirit, and eventually, your way of living.

Unlike a yoga class that follows a style or sequence, yoga therapy is entirely centered on you - your body, your nervous system, your experience. It isn’t about achieving poses or following tradition.

Every movement, breath, and pause is offered with therapeutic intention: to reduce pain, support digestion, soothe anxiety, foster connection, or cultivate insight. In other words, every element has a functional purpose.

Yoga therapy is accessible, highly adaptable, and inclusive. No experience is required. It can support clients navigating cancer, stroke, partial paralysis, chronic pain, autoimmune disease, fatigue, and more. In fact - this is what it's designed for - to support clients with health issues for greater well-being. It can be adapted to whatever you need it to be: to rest, to nourish, to connect, to release, to empower, and/or to tap into your abundant inner resources for wellness.

If a given style of yoga is a sit-down restaurant offering a pre-planned set menu, you can think of yoga therapy as bespoke catering for your own home. You’re offered practices designed for you - thoughtfully chosen to nourish, restore, or empower you in this moment of your healing.

Subconscious Clarity:

Integrative Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a form of guided deep relaxation that invites you into a calm, receptive state -  one where the logical, judging mind can gently rest, and your deeper inner resources come to the surface. You’re awake, but not alert. Relaxed, but not asleep. The background noise of everyday thinking and doing quiets, allowing your imaginative and intuitive mind to come forward.

In this state, possibilities begin to re-emerge - ones that stress, responsibilities, or past experiences may have clouded. You reconnect with a part of you that remembers how to soften, shift, and open. This is the antidote when we're faced with life circumstances that we feel have been keeping us stuck, small, or shrinking.

While it may feel like a guided meditation, hypnosis has a specific purpose - one that you identify. Together, we clarify what feels important to you: a mindset or emotional shift, a habit or behavior you'd like to change, a goal you're moving toward, or a challenge you'd like to meet with more ease. The journey is co-created - intuitive, intentional, and grounded in trust and safety. I like to say that we're tending to the garden of the mind, uprooting what no longer works and planting new seeds.

I use a method called integrative hypnosis - elements of traditional hypnosis meets principles from neuroscience and mindfulness. I also pull the most suitable techniques from yoga therapy and energy healing, to make this process all the more effective. This holistic approach supports deeper transformation by aligning mind, body, and energy in service of change.

You may begin to see yourself and your experiences through a new lens. You may feel more spacious, more aware of choice. Over time, you build mental agility, emotional resilience, and a capacity to respond, rather than react, to the ups and downs of life. Most importantly, I want you to know this: your open-hearted, intuitive wisdom will guide you more powerfully and truthfully than any other external advice. This work simply helps you remember how.

Energetic Alignment:

Subtle Energy |  Sound Healing | Tarot

Energy is a vast and interesting topic - one I’ll be expanding on more in future blog posts to honor its nuance and depth. For now, here’s a brief overview of how I work with energy, and how it supports your healing.

We are energetic beings. The brain sends out electrical signals through thoughts and intentions. The heart sends out magnetic signals through emotions and feelings. Together, they form your electromagnetic field - a frequency that is uniquely yours. This is your energetic signature - the unseen, yet deeply felt, presence you carry into every moment.

Our thoughts don’t just stay in the mind. Emotions don’t just live in the body. They leave imprints within us, and they also ripple outward, shaping how we feel, how we connect, and how we live. They influence our health, our relationships, and the way life responds to us.

The good news is: you have the power to shift your energetic signature. By becoming aware of how you relate to your thoughts and emotions, you can begin to cultivate a more coherent, aligned inner world - one that naturally changes how you experience the outer world. This is how we begin to experience wellness from the inside out. You are more powerful than life circumstances may lead you to believe.

You don’t need to “believe” in energy for it to support you. Curiosity is enough. Your body already knows how to work with energy; what I do is guide you to remember how.

Energy Healing Modalities I Draw From:
  • Yogic Energy Models
Rooted in the wisdom of prana (life force), I work with systems like the chakras, vayus, and koshas to support energetic flow and balance throughout the body.
  • Intuitive Energy Healing
Through healing touch, visualization, and meditative techniques, I help you release energetic blocks, call in higher frequencies, and reconnect with your innate capacity to heal.
  • Singing Bowl Therapy
Using sound and vibration, we invite deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and brainwave entrainment to help you experience energy through resonance and feeling, not just thought.
  • Tarot for Self-Inquiry
I use tarot as a reflective tool, as a mirror to illuminate what’s present within you, spark creative insight, and invite deeper connection with your intuition and inner knowing.

My approach is also inspired by the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, the HeartMath Institute, and the belief that intention, coherence, and alignment shape the field around us. If you’ve ever been curious about intention setting, manifestation, money mindset, or the law of attraction, know that all of these are forms of energy work, too.

Energy is closer to your everyday life than you might think. With time and practice, you may be pleasantly surprised at your own ability to sense, shift, and work with your energy - to heal, grow, and thrive from within.
