1:1 Mind-Body Wellness Sessions

Personalized support for your nervous system, body, and inner world.

These private sessions are tailored to you - your pace, your lived experience, and your current mental, physical, and energetic state. Each session is guided by presence and attunement, meeting you where you are rather than following a fixed protocol.

We work gently and integratively, drawing from yoga therapy, somatic techniques, hypnosis, sound healing, and energy-based practices to support regulation, inner clarity, and self-trust. The intention is not to fix or override what’s happening, but to support your system’s natural capacity to regulate, adapt, and respond with greater ease.

 

These sessions may be especially supportive if you are experiencing: 

  • High stress or burnout
  • Anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or ongoing tension in the body
  • Difficulty resting, sleeping, or feeling safe enough to slow down
  • A longing for deeper self-connection and embodied clarity
  • A desire for complementary support alongside conventional care for chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, or other health diagnoses*
  • A need for extra support during major changes, uncertainty, or life stage transitions

Private sessions may also interest you if you're interested in experiencing specific modalities, such as a stand-alone sound healing session.

Group Classes

Group classes translate the depth of private sessions into a collective experience - supporting inward awareness, nervous system regulation, and deep rest through shared and accessible yoga and yoga therapy informed practice.

Inner Sensing (Gentle Flow + Yin Yoga)

Tuesdays 10:00AM - 11:00AM

An awareness-based practice combining gentle, unhurried movement leading into longer held, floor based and prop-supported postures to help you tune into your body, soften tension, and reconnect with yourself - starting with sensation.

 

Suited for adults who:

• feel mentally busy, disconnected from their bodies, or often “in their heads”
• experience stress, tension, or holding in the body
• want a slower, gentler practice that doesn’t require pushing or striving
• prefer a non-performance-based approach, mindful, body-oriented practice
• are seeking nervous-system-friendly movement and rest
• are parents and caregivers wanting space to reconnect with themselves, beyond the demands of day-to-day life

Mid-Week Reset (Restorative Yoga + Guided Relaxation)

 Wednesdays 7:00PM - 8:00PM

A midweek pause using comfortable, fully supported restful shapes and guided relaxation to release the day, settle the nervous system, and gently replenish mind and body for the days ahead.

 

Suited for adults who:

  • work in high-pressure, fast-paced, or sedentary environments
  • carry stress from work into their evenings and have difficulty unwinding
  • feel physically tense, mentally overloaded, or emotionally drained midweek
  • want a calming, low-effort practice that supports rest and nervous system regulation
  • are parents or caregivers seeking a quiet pause after a full day of responsibilities
Deep Rest (Yoga Nidra + Guided Hypnosis)

Sundays 7:00PM - 8:00PM

A deeply restful experience rooted in yoga nidra and gentle hypnosis-based guidance, inviting participants on an inward journey through soothing verbal cues and imagery into deep relaxation, improved sleep, and restoration. 

 

Suited for adults who:

  • feel chronically tired, wired, or unable to fully switch off
  • have difficulty falling or staying asleep, or wake feeling unrested or anxious
  • experience mental overactivity, anxiety, or nervous system overload
  • want a deeply calming, zero-effort practice that supports rest and recovery
  • are seeking gentle, inward-focused support without physical strain
  • are parents or caregivers looking for deep rest and restoration

Adult group classes:

  • $650 NTD per session
  • $1800 NTD for 3-class pack
  • Exclusive rates for Open House attendees and 1:1 clients  
  • Classes will run with a minimum of 2 students

Kids Yoga and Emotional Awareness

Sundays 10:00AM - 11:00AM

A supportive class that weaves mindful movement, fun breathwork, and playful exploration to help children understand their bodies and emotions while building awareness and confident self-expression.

 

Suited for children ages 6 to 9 who:

  • feel big emotions or are easily overwhelmed
  • are learning to understand their bodies, emotions, and energy
  • benefit from movement, play, and guided exploration to express themselves freely
  • have temperaments that may be misunderstood or appear disruptive

Suited for parents who:

  • want their children to develop emotional awareness and self-regulation skills
  • value practices that support both emotional and physical well-being
  • are looking for a supportive, non-judgmental space where children can express themselves safely
  • want to break generational parenting patterns by offering their children tools for self-awareness, emotional regulation, and inner resilience in an empowering, non-clinical setting
  • value being part of a like-minded community with shared parenting values

 

I run children's group classes by cohort for consistency and cohesiveness among learning themes for young learners. I also offer 1:1 children's sessions for extra care and presence.
